DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING
Want to try scuba diving,
but have never been certified? This is
the activity for you! With our
Discover Scuba Diving resort course, you can
be scuba diving in only 90 minutes!
The expert PADI instructors at the
Puerto Vallarta School of Diving will teach
you how to breathe underwater and the basic
skills you will need in order to go scuba
diving to a depth of 30 feet with a
divemaster in the water with you.
You will spend about 90
minutes in the swimming pool with your
instructor going over your skills and
learning about how to scuba dive. Then
it's time to do the real thing! We'll
go out to the ocean and you can do not one
but TWO boat dives at either Los
Arcos marine park or Majahuitas, two of
Puerto Vallarta's best dive sites.
Swim with tropical fish under the water,
look for manta rays, sea turtles, and other
amazing sea life.
If you like scuba diving
(and we're sure you will), you can also credit this
class toward your
Open Water Certification
- you're already halfway to being certified
to scuba dive anywhere in the world.
If you like, you can also book additional
dives with us for the remainder of your
vacation.
Runs: Pool session takes
place Daily at 3:00 PM.
The 2-tank dive will take place the
following day at 9:00 AM. Groups of 6
or more can do the pool and dive on the same
day.

Requirements: All
participants will be required to fill out a
PADI medical questionnaire prior to diving.

will answer "Yes" to any of the questions,
you will need a note from your doctor
clearing you to dive in order to participate
in this course. This is a PADI
requirement, so all PADI certified dive
shops require the same form.
