Puerto Vallarta Canopy Tour FAQ's
Q: WHICH CANOPY
TOUR IS THE BEST?
A: We like to recommend the Las
Juntas y Los Veranos Canopy tour. The staff is wonderful, and
we never get anything but happy customers.
Q: IS THERE
A WEIGHT LIMIT FOR THE CANOPY TOURS?
A: The weight limit for El Eden,
Mundo Nogalito
and La Vista is 250 lbs. For the Rio Cuale
Canopy Tour and Los Veranos, it is 275 lbs. In addition, you will not be able
to do a canopy tour if your waist is over 50 inches, or your thighs
are over 28 inches. If you are over these limitations, you will
not be able to do the tour because the harness will not fit you.
Q: I'M ON
A CRUISE - HOW DO I GET THERE?
A: Take a yellow taxi to the canopy
tour meeting location specified on the tour detail page.
Q: I'M ON
A CRUISE - WHAT TIME SHOULD I REQUEST?
A: We recommend cruise passengers
try to book the 10:45 AM time or later. The ships are often not on Puerto
Vallarta Local time, which is CST. They are often still on ship
time, which is MST, one hour earlier, plus it takes time to go through
security and get off the ship. It's better safe than sorry.
