The hardest part was transportation to the port for the activity. It was chaotic. I had NO idea how far it was. They were nice enough to deliver us back to the ship. The day was AWESOME. We loved every second. The made everything we wanted to experience happen.

We had a great tour booking through Puerto Vallarta Tours for our recent cruise ship stop. I booked the tour in advance through Facebook messenger and it was very smooth. We arrived at the meetup point and began our tour on the Adelita Charters Snorkeler boat. The trip was great. We expressed interest in seeing whales and snorkeling and even though the two goals aren't usually possible in the same trip Adelita made it happen! Wonderful trip for our extended family of 15. Some feedback I would give is that Carnival Cruise Ship time and Puerto Vallarta time are different and I knew that going in, but Puerto Vallarta Tours seemed to think they would match. I booked a later tour knowing that the cruise ship got in at 10 am PV time, not 9 am like cruise ship time said. Definitely book a trip after 10:30 am to leave plenty of time to get from the ship to the meeting place.

We rented a private charter with Captain Tony and Arturo. It was a wonderful experience. They took us down to see Los Arcos and go snorkeling in some beautiful cove beaches. Customer service was quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to the charter. Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend chartering with Puerto Vallarta Tours!
