Extra Baggage Note: Sedans can accommodate up to two medium-sized suitcases and two small suitcases. If you have excess baggage, such as large items like surfboards, excessive fishing equipment, more than one set of golf clubs per vehicle, etc. you may be required to upgrade to a van at your own expense, payable in cash upon arrival to the transfers booth. Return Transfers Note: Round-trip options are available. However, due to an agreement between the hotels and taxi union, only city taxis are allowed to pick up at hotels, not airport taxis, so the economy option is only available for arrival transfers. We have luxurious VIP vehicles with special licensing that can take you back to the airport, but the price is higher than the economic service. For this reason you'll be asked to choose your a rrival and departure vehicle separately when requesting round-trip transfers. If you see return hotel to airport transfers advertised on other websites at lower rates, expect the return service to be delivered in a regular city taxi not the nicer vehicle advertised. Child Car Seats: If you require a child seat, please plan to bring your own from home. The child seats here aren't fitted for your child and most are not rear facing as you might be used to at home. It will be the best experience to bring your own. Traveling with pets: If you plan to bring your pet, please note that an additional fee applies to cover possible accidents and cleaning of the vehicle. Puerto Vallarta Tours was great for the Private Airport Transfers. They gave very good email instructions as what to do once we arrived at the airport in Puerto Vallarta. We followed the instructions and walked outside and immediately to my left was a nice lady holding a sign with my name on it. She greeted us and walked us right over to the vehicle that would be taking us to our Airbnb. The driver took our bags and placed them in the trunk and we were off.
It was a really smooth and good experience overall and I would book with Puerto Vallarta Tours for this type of service again and we will look into maybe booking other things with them as well.
I am heading back to PV in a couple of months and have booked again with Puerto Vallarta Tours for the airport transfers. They were very good, I would recommend them for sure.
