SIERRA MADRE JEEP SAFARI

On our Jeep tour, we will drive our 4-passenger Jeeps  high up into the legendary Sierra Madre.  Admire the breathtaking views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay far below, as you trek past dirt roads, off-the-map paths, river beds, quaint Mexican villages and subtropical jungle.

Visit a real Mexican hacienda and tequila factory, where you will have a chance to learn how the famed Mexican liquor is made the natural way, how to properly drink it (no lime and salt needed!), and to try several different varieties of tequila that are actually made here at the hacienda.  You will have some free time to explore the grounds and browse the handicrafts available here after the tequila tour.

Continue driving your Jeep past fruit plantations and spectacular natural scenery. You will have time to swim, bask in the sun, play volleyball, or simply relax in a hammock while enjoying the gorgeous landscape.  You will also enjoy snacks like fresh guacamole, Mexican salsa, chips and handmade corn tortillas, beef tacos and chicken tacos on this tour.

Cruise Passengers: Sorry, this tour is not available for cruise passengers.  But we have lots of other great sightseeing tours that are!

Runs:  Monday to Saturday at 9:00 AM. Exact pick-up time varies depending on the pick-up location, but will be specified on your confirmation.

Duration: 5 Hours Approximately

Kids: All Ages Welcome.  Minimum age for drivers is 18 with a valid drivers license. 

Notes: Tour itinerary can vary from time to time without notice due to route closures for weather or local events.  Ride will be bumpy so not recommended for pregnant women or those with back or neck problems.  If you are less than 4 people, you may be paired with other guests to fill the Jeep.  In this case you would split the driving if both parties wish to drive.
