We had a wonderful experience! What a great boat and crew! It was all that we had hoped for! The communication prior was excellent as well. My only suggestion is that we be allowed to fully pre-pay, rather than being asked to pay partially on the day of. There was an issue with day of payment, so at the last minute I was asked to prepay the final amount due....even though I had already been told that this was simply not possible. Please streamline this process. But we are eager to do another adventure with Puerto Vallarta Tours!
