I was disappointed because I was told that the banana boat would be right outside our hotel, and we had to walk a distance to get to it. I had to redirect 25 people to a different part of the beach for the rides. Everything went great once we got there, and Juan was very helpful. Everyone enjoyed the banana boat rides as well. There was a misunderstanding with the contract being for 25 people, Juan was instructed it was 23, but he reluctantly agreed to the 25 after I showed him the contract. All in all everything was fine and the banana boat riders had fun.
