FLIGHT ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Date - Type in the date you are arriving
in Puerto Vallarta. Please type it like this: July
23, 2006. This avoids confusion because in
Europe they list the day first, while in the U.S.
you list the Month first.
Time - The scheduled arrival time of your
flight (from your ticket) - please remember to tell
us if it's AM or PM.
Airline - The name of the airline you'll
be arriving on (i.e. American Airlines or Alaska
Airlines).
Flight # - The flight number you'll be
arriving on as shown on your ticket.
Hotel - The Name of the hotel or condo
we'll drop you off at. If staying at a private
residence please type the address.
Special Requests - If you have any specific
needs (i.e. you need a car seat for your child,
you have a wheelchair, etc), or would like to tell
us anything else you think we should know, this
is where you can tell us. Please note that
child seats are charged at the price of an adult,
and are paid in cash upon pick-up.
