FLIGHT ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Date - Select the date you are
arriving in Puerto Vallarta.
Time - The scheduled arrival time of your
flight (from your ticket) - please remember to tell
us if it's AM or PM.
Airline - The name of the airline you'll
be arriving on (i.e. American Airlines or Alaska
Airlines).
Flight # - The flight number you'll be
arriving on as shown on your ticket.
Hotel - The Name of the hotel or condo
we'll drop you off at. If staying at a private
residence please type the address.
Special Requests - If you have any
specific needs (i.e. you need a car seat for
your child, you have a wheelchair, etc), or
would like to tell us anything else you think we
should know, this is where you can tell us.
