give you a foundation to build from. After
our surfing lessons, you will be able to
stand up and know how to hit the
waves. To expand your skills, join us
for another day or two of lessons and you'll
be kowabunga in no time!

SURFING LESSONS
Surfing is one of the
most storied and loved water sports in the
world. Everyone wants to learn to surf and
try their hand at the big waves. It's so
exciting and so much fun! Of course,
everyone has to learn to surf somewhere, so
why not sunny Puerto Vallarta? We now offer
surfing lessons for beginners!
Your expert surfing
instructor has 25 years of surfing
experience and has been part of the Mexican
Surf National Team. He has been
instructing for over 10 years now and his
patience has enabled him to open the world
of surfing to many first time surfers.
You are definitely in good hands!
We'll start our surfing
lesson by studying conditions for that day
and learning how the tide, swell direction
and intervals between waves all affect the
decision on what surfing location to visit
that day. We'll learn some basic
safety tips and ocean awareness, then learn
proper stretching techniques for surfing -
very important!
You will learn basic
surfing techniques while still on shore,
including paddling, push up, and standing
up, then head for the shallow water to start
catching small surf and getting the feel for
surfing. After a short break, we will
return to the water to try some larger waves
and get you on your feet surfing. All
this in the bright sunshine of Puerto
Vallarta!

10:00 AM special pick-up time just for
