Fresh from the surfing
meccas of Hawaii and California, Stand-up
Paddleboarding is taking Puerto Vallarta by
storm! The calm waters of Banderas Bay
make for a fun and leisurely experience,
paddling through the arches of Los Arcos,
stopping to snorkel in the marine preserve
along the way.
The SUP tour starts out
in the small beach community of Boca
de Tomatlan, south of Puerto Vallarta.
We will take a short boat ride to Mismaloya
where we will put in and start to paddle, on
our way to the protected marine park of Los
Arcos. We can even paddle our boards
right through the arches, very cool!
We'll stop here to snorkel with lots of
brightly colored tropical fish.
At Los Arcos, you will
also see tons of different birds, including
the blue footed booty and lots of pelicans.
Throughout the trip, we will have a boat
nearby so that if you need a rest, you can
take a break on the boat. After the
trip, we'll relax and enjoy a delicious
seafood lunch at a local restaurant, and you
can chill out on the beach. Something
different and a fun way to get wet in Puerto
Vallarta!
