WILD DOLPHINS SNORKEL
This tour is a true
once-in-a-lifetime experience. You will set out
on a quest to find a huge pod of resident
dolphins here in Puerto Vallarta. Once
found, you may also have the ultimate
opportunity - to slip into the water and swim
with a pod of wild dolphins in their natural
environment! This is an adventure not to
be missed.
Your tour starts with a light
continental breakfast as you get a briefing
about the dolphins, where you'll learn about
their biology, life and behaviors. As we set off
on our exciting search, we will use a hydrophone
to hear the unique sounds and
communication of the dolphins. Once we've
made contact, we'll follow the pod in the boat,
watching the dolphins in close proximity, as
they swim and frolic around the boat. If
the group's mood is right, we will likely have
the opportunity to put on a snorkeling mask and
snorkel with the pod. We usually see
groups of about 30-40 dolphins in the wild on
this excursion.
