HIKING
EL NOGALITO
Come and discover one of our
least known but most beautiful & ecologically interesting
sites in Puerto Vallarta. We begin in the pueblo
of El Nogalito, and hike in and around the river
to a hidden waterfall. You may choose to enjoy a
swim in the natural cascade. The knowledgable guides
will help you to identify the wide variety of tropical
flora and fauna that you see, and there are plenty
of opportunities to take great pictures. We also
hope to encounter tropical butterflies, parakeets,
woodpeckers, parrots, yellow-winged caciques, parakeets,
lizards, and six-foot long iguanas, among other
wildlife.
Hiking Distance: Approximately 3 Km (2
miles).
Runs: Monday and Thursday, from 8:30AM
to 2:30PM. Cruise passengers see below for your
special schedule.
Cruise Passengers: Meet at the marina
office at 10:00 AM and return to ship at 3:30 PM
