LA DESEMBOCADA ATV
Get way off the beaten track
with our Backcountry ATV Tour. We'll
travel through rural Puerto Vallarta en route to
the Sierra Madre mountain range, crossing
several rivers, passing through farmland and
working ranchos. Out here cows outnumber
people and the primary mode of transportation is
on horseback - an authentic taste of "Real
Mexico".
We will stop at a Tequileria,
where we'll learn about how this most famous of
Mexican liquors is made and have an opportunity
to taste many different varieties, some you
didn't even know existed! We will stop at
a local restaurant where you can eat, have a
drink, or just chill out for a while and soak up
the vibe of the rural La Desembocada area before
heading back down the off-road and rural paths
to Puerto Vallarta.
Runs: Twice Daily at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Duration: 3 Hours
Includes: Goggles, Bandana, Water, New
or Semi-New Honda 350 and 420 semi-automatic ATV.
No clutch but some shifting required.
You'll Need:
- Sunscreen
- Camera - We recommend a waterproof camera.
However, if you go slow, you won't get wet (unless
it's raining), so you can bring your regular
camera.
- Tennis Shoes or TEVA-type sandals
- Old Clothes (not new) - You will get dirty!
Departs From: ATV tour offices in
Puerto Vallarta. This tour meets close to
the airport, so convenient for people staying in
Marina Vallarta, Southern Nuevo Vallarta and the
Northern Hotel Zone.
Kids: Drivers must be 16 years old
and have a valid drivers license. Riders
ages 4 and up. Kids same price as adults.
